Work safely

At all levels of the organization, we work with dedication to achieve our objectives. Therefore, we strive to create the safest and healthiest possible workplace for our employees, where they can (continue to) develop themselves.

Specific safety regulations apply on the construction site and in the factory, which is why many of our employees hold a VCA (Health, Safety and Environment Checklist for Health and Environment) certificate or another safety certification. True to our motto, "Prevention is better than cure", we strive to safeguard the vitality of our people as much as possible. We achieve this through, among other things, an up-to-date Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E) and by working across Nijburg on a comprehensive, well-founded vitality policy. Working safely isn't just about procedures; it's also about trust. Colleagues must be able to rely on each other and hold each other accountable.
