CFU Ceiling Filter Unit

Description

The ceiling filter unit is designed to supply clean, filtered air to environments where stringent hygiene requirements and a controlled particulate-free (cleanroom) environment are essential, such as in the pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical, and aerospace industries.

The plenum can also be used in a return air configuration. It is available in a pop-riveted construction or in a welded steel construction. Both versions are finished as standard in RAL 9010.

A matching grille type CFUA and filter type LF must be ordered separately.

• Connection for round ducts (plenum box types R and W) and rectangular ducts (plenum box type R)
• Air tightness validated up to +2000 Pa and -500 PaLocal leakage at the connection interface < 0.01%
• Tested in accordance with Emery 3004
• Suitable for filter type LF (height 68 mm)
• Filter mounting clips supplied as standard
• Available in 8 plenum sizes
• Compatible with 7 grille types
